1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that can remember information on your device. In this policy, “browser storage” covers both.
2. What we use today
| Item | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
gamblingops-cookie-consent-v1 | Remembers whether you selected “Accept all” or “Necessary only”. | Necessary local storage | Until cleared |
gamblingops-audience | Remembers whether you prefer the B2B provider or B2C operator version of the site. | Functional local storage | Until cleared |
The website currently does not run advertising, behavioural tracking or optional analytics cookies.
3. Your choice
When you first visit, you can select “Necessary only” or “Accept all”. Both choices are available in the first layer of the banner. Selecting “Accept all” does not activate analytics today; it records permission so optional measurement can be enabled only if it is added later and covered by an updated policy. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time and replace your previous choice.
4. Necessary storage
Storage used to remember the consent choice is necessary for the preference mechanism to work. The audience preference is used only to display the version of the website you selected. Neither item is used to build an advertising profile.
5. Browser controls
You can remove stored preferences through your browser settings. Clearing site data will reset your audience and cookie choice, so the banner may appear again. Blocking all storage may prevent preference features from working as expected.
6. Future services
If analytics or another non-essential service is added, it will remain disabled until the required consent is obtained. This policy will identify the provider, purpose and retention period before that service is used.
7. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to hello@gamblingops.com. We may update this policy when technologies or legal requirements change; the revision date appears above.
